I have had great success using the Tree of Life Gel Caps and CBD oil to take the edge off and help me relax so I can get a good nights sleep. I bought these too try for the first time Reguarding pain...instead of Taking Ibuprofen...for Back, Joints and other pain issues. Think they work well but the Higher is probably better...I use the lotion rubs and that is great...but sometimes need Stronger. I'm thinking about going up next time. I don't want to take Ibuprofen 800mg. Not good...trying too go a different Route. Thanks
