Order mistake

So my first thought when I opened my package was it was taped up. Odd. I open it and there is a 1750 bottle instead of my usual order, it was out of the box, usually it's bubble wrapped. The bottle was also opened and the cap was put on crooked. I'm not using this product because it looks tampered with. I had made a complaint online but nothing.🤷‍♀️.
